Bobby brings over four decades of leadership and brand-building expertise in the Irish food and beverage sector. His work with Insomnia and Bewley’s has positioned him as one of Ireland’s most respected voices in café culture and hospitality. His addition marks a significant step in Zehnacker’s strategy to elevate the Zen Café brand across hospitals and healthcare settings nationwide.
